How to Program Nissan Intelligent Key
The Nissan Intelligent Key is an advanced piece of technology that gives you the ability to lock and unlock your Nissan doors with just the press of a button. Nissan Intelligent Key Programming Instructions
- Start your Nissan Intelligent Key programming by getting inside your Omaha Nissan with the Key, then lock the doors.
- Put the key in the ignition but don’t start the car. Remove the key, then do it again six to ten times, until the hazard lights flash twice to tell you that you did it right.
- This means you’re in program mode. Place the key back in the ignition then turn the key to activate. The electronics will turn on but you won’t start the engine.
- Immediately press any button on the Nissan Intelligent Key. You need to do this quickly for it to take effect.
- Next, you’ll test your Key. Stand a decent distance away from your car, then click the buttons on the Key. If the lights flash or you hear the horn beep once, it means your Nissan Intelligent Key programming was a success.
- You’ll also want to test it out in close range by walking closer to your Nissan. Try to open the door without the Key. You’ll also be able to do this without a button press.
